ATS TRAINING TECHNOLOGY

ICAO 210 - 1 to 2 weeks

Having skilled delivery staff that not only understand the intricacies of the ANSP industry, but are also effective communicators and teachers, is crucial for training success.

The Air Traffic Training Management suite of courses is designed to help aspiring Instructors to further their skills. The courses range from one to two weeks and are presented via a combination of interactive lectures, group problem solving and role-playing exercises.

All trainee instructors are expected to present both; lessons and lesson outlines for professional discussion and for assessment. This encourages students to collaborate and learn from each other.
